By creating a Mewayz (Formerly Seemless) workspace or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and the Security Trust portal. Where there is a conflict, the order of precedence is: signed order form, DPA, then these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account. We strongly recommend enabling MFA on every admin account.
One workspace is intended for one organization. You may invite unlimited users to a Business or Agency workspace. White-label resellers may create unlimited tenant workspaces on behalf of their own clients under the Agency tier.
Platform fee. Mewayz charges $24 per active internal user, per month — a flat monthly subscription billed regardless of your transaction volume. It is the same whether you process $0 or $1,000,000; it is not a percentage of your sales, is not deducted from the payments you take, and is not tied to Stripe Connect. An “active internal user” is a staff member who operates your business inside Mewayz; it excludes portal-only users such as your own customers, clients, members, students, or guests. All features and modules are included — there are no plan tiers, no per-module fees, and no upgrade walls.
Free during early access. While Mewayz is in early access the platform is free to use in full, with no card required and no charge of any kind. Paid subscriptions begin only after early access ends, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and in-product banner before any charge.
Founding-Member price lock. Accounts that activate a workspace during early access become Founding Members and lock the $24 per active internal user, per month rate for the lifetime of the account. Should the standard price for new accounts rise later, your Founding rate does not change for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.
No surprise charges — opt-in only. We do not keep a card on file during early access, so nothing is ever charged automatically. When paid subscriptions begin, you choose whether to add a payment method to continue on a paid plan. If you do not, your workspace moves to a read-only state in which you keep full access to view and export all of your data and nothing is deleted; it returns to full functionality as soon as you add payment.
Your own payment accounts. Payments you take from your customers are processed through your own connected payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or PayTab) using your own credentials, and those funds settle directly to you. Mewayz does not take a percentage of your sales and does not route your customer payments through its own account.
Billing overview. You can review your active internal-user count and the amount due at any time in your in-product billing overview.
Cancellation & refunds. Paid subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time in-product and will not be charged for any subsequent period; on cancellation your workspace moves to the read-only state described above with your data preserved and exportable. We do not refund partial months already elapsed, except where required by law or under the pro-rata provision for material changes below.
Payroll disbursement. Where you use Mewayz to pay your staff, Mewayz acts solely as the employer’s agent in disbursing wages; Mewayz does not withhold, remit, or assume any responsibility for payroll taxes; the employer’s payment obligation to their employees is satisfied upon disbursement.
You agree not to use Mewayz (Formerly Seemless) to: send unsolicited bulk communications (spam); store or distribute illegal content; reverse-engineer the platform; attempt to disrupt service availability for other customers; or impersonate Mewayz (Formerly Seemless) or another organization.
For the avoidance of doubt: emails sent through the platform must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. SMS must comply with TCPA and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not use customer data to train AI models or to derive aggregated insights sold to third parties. See the Data Processing Addendum for details.
You can export your core data — customers, invoices, leads, expenses, and vendors — at any time as CSV via Settings → Export. No "premium support" upcharge to leave.
Mewayz (Formerly Seemless), the wordmark, and the platform software are our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.
Agency-tier resellers receive a separate, additional license to re-brand the platform and resell it to their own clients. This license is documented in the Agency Terms, attached as Addendum A to your Order Form.

Mewayz (Formerly Seemless) targets 99.95% uptime on Business and 99.99% on Agency, measured monthly. If we miss our SLA, service credits are issued automatically at month-end without requiring a support ticket.
Service credits scale: 99.95–99.0% = 10%; 99.0–95.0% = 25%; below 95% = 50% of monthly fee. Credits applied to your next invoice. See our status page for historic uptime.
The platform is provided "as-is" with the warranties expressly stated in your order form. We warrant that the service will materially conform to the published documentation, and that we will not introduce known malicious code into the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. This is standard language; please don't take it personally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This limitation does not apply to: gross negligence; willful misconduct; breach of confidentiality; or a party's indemnification obligations.
You may terminate any time in-product. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms and fail to cure within 30 days of notice, or immediately for serious violations (illegal content, security threats, repeated abuse).
On termination, we don't run an automatic deletion job, so your data isn't immediately erased — you keep access to export or reactivate it. If you request deletion (in-product Settings → Delete, or [email protected]), we process it within 30 days. Audit-log metadata is retained for 7 years as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mewayz (Formerly Seemless) is established, without regard to conflict of laws. For the specific governing jurisdiction and venue, or to raise a formal dispute, contact [email protected].
EU and UK customers may, in addition, bring claims in their local jurisdiction as permitted by GDPR and consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are communicated by email and in-product banner at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees.
