1. Setting Up the QuickBooks Add-On

To start using the QuickBooks Add-On, you need to configure it through the system settings:

• Go to the Company login page.
• Scroll down to the Settings section.
• Click on System Settings.
• Scroll through the available add-ons until you find QuickBooks Add-On.
• Click on QuickBooks Add-On to open the configuration panel.

In the configuration form, you’ll need to complete the following steps:

• Enable Integration – Use the toggle button to activate or deactivate the QuickBooks integration.
• Select QuickBooks Mode – Choose between:

• Sandbox – For testing and trial purposes.
• Live – For using QuickBooks with real data.
• Webhook Link – You will need to enter it into your QuickBooks account
• Client ID – Found in your QuickBooks developer portal.
• Client Secret Key – Also available in your QuickBooks developer account.
• Generate Access Token – Click the “Generate Token” button to create the required token for authorization.

Once all fields are filled in correctly, click Save to complete the setup.

• Account Overview – View all QuickBooks accounts including Account Name, Category, Account Type, Sub Type, Current Balance, Status, and Sync Status.
• Sync Status Indicators – Easily identify which accounts are successfully synced or require attention.
• Actions – Perform quick actions such as refreshing account data or editing account details directly from the dashboard.

Account Categories Include:

• Assets – Such as Accounts Receivable, Inventory Assets, and Undeposited Funds
• Liabilities – Including Accounts Payable and various payable accounts
• Equity – Such as Opening Balance Equity
• Expenses – Like Repair & Maintenance accounts
