How to Access the Cashfree Add-On

1. Visit the Mewayz website and browse the Mewayz

Add-Ons section.

2. Locate the Cashfree Add-On from the available

payment gateways.

3. Purchase and activate the add-on for your Mewayz account.
4. Once activated, Cashfree becomes available in payment settings.

Note: Cashfree is a paid add-on and is available only after purchase and activation.

How Cashfree Works in Mewayz

Cashfree integrates into Mewayz using a **secure payment link–based flow**:

1. User selects Cashfree as the payment method.
2. The system initializes payment and creates a secure payment link.
3. Customer is redirected to Cashfree’s hosted payment page.
4. Cashfree processes the transaction securely.
5. System verifies the payment using Cashfree APIs.
6. Upon successful verification, the related module action is completed

automatically.

Super Admin Settings

(Plan Purchase by the Company)

Super Admin settings control the **global availability of Cashfree** for company plan purchases.

• Log in as Super Admin.
• Navigate to Settings → Cashfree Settings.
• Configure the following:

• Cashfree Mode (Sandbox / Live)
• Cashfree Key (App ID)
• Cashfree Secret Key

• Save the settings.

Usage Scope (Super Admin)

• Enables Cashfree for **company subscription plan

purchases**.

• Controls gateway availability across the platform.

Company Settings

(Bookings, Beauty Spa, LMS & Other Payments)

Company-level settings enable **module-wise and workspace-wise payment processing**.

• Log in to the Company Dashboard.
• Navigate to **Settings → System Settings → Cashfree

Settings**.

• Enter the following credentials:

• Cashfree Mode (Sandbox / Live)
• Cashfree Key
• Cashfree Secret Key

• Save the settings.

How to Generate the API Key?

1. Generate API Key:

• Visit Cashfree and sign up for a

merchant account.

• Log in to your Cashfree Dashboard.
• Go to API & Webhooks > API Keys.
• You will get your App ID and **Secret

Key**.

2. Configure Cashfree Gateway in Mewayz:

• Log in to your Mewayz account with administrator

credentials.

• Navigate to the settings page.

3. Access Payment Settings

• Within the settings page, locate and select the **“Payment

Settings”** option.

4. Set Up Cashfree Gateway:

• Scroll down the page until you find the Cashfree Gateway option.
• Click on the Cashfree Gateway to access its configuration

settings.

5. Enter Required Details:

In the settings, provide the following essential details:

• Cashfree Mode (Sandbox or Production).
• Cashfree App ID.
• Cashfree Secret Key.

6. Save Your Settings:

• After entering the necessary details, save the settings to

activate the Cashfree Payment Gateway within your Mewayz platform.
