The Mewayz Affiliate Programme (the "Programme") is operated by Mewayz Global Corporation ("Mewayz", "we"). By enrolling you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to this Agreement and to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You do not need to be a paying Mewayz customer to participate.
You enroll from your Mewayz account by accepting this Agreement. Approval is automatic and grants you a personal referral link, a referral code, and access to the partner dashboard for tracking clicks, referrals, earnings and payouts. We may decline or revoke enrollment at our discretion, including for the conduct described in Section 7.
You earn a commission of 30% of the net amount of each eligible payment made by a customer you refer ("Referred Customer"), on a recurring basis, for as long as that customer maintains an active paid subscription. "Net amount" excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees. Commission rates and terms may be varied prospectively as described in Section 9; a rate individually agreed with you in writing prevails over the default.
Commission accrues only on genuine, retained payments. No commission is earned on free plans, trials that never convert, internal or test accounts, or payments later refunded or reversed (see Section 6).
Referrals are tracked on a first-touch basis using your referral link (the ?via= parameter) and a cookie with a 30-day window. If a visitor who clicked your link signs up within that window and is not already attributed to another source, they are attributed to you. We determine attribution in good faith using our systems; where multiple affiliates could claim a referral, first-touch within the window controls.
Accrued, eligible commission is paid monthly once your balance exceeds the $50 minimum payout threshold, via the payout method you connect in your dashboard (Stripe by default). You are responsible for providing accurate payout and, where required by law, tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN); we may withhold payment until valid information is on file and may withhold or report amounts as required by applicable tax law. Balances below the threshold roll forward.
Because commission is earned only on retained revenue, if a payment that generated commission is later refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the corresponding commission is reversed. If the commission was already paid to you, the reversed amount is deducted from your next payout(s) or otherwise recovered. Commission may also be withheld during a reasonable review period to confirm a referral is genuine and retained.
You agree not to:
(a) refer yourself or accounts you control, including via email aliases of your own address — such referrals are ineligible and are filtered automatically;
(b) bid on Mewayz trademarks or branded keywords in paid search, or pose as Mewayz;
(c) use spam, unsolicited messaging, misleading claims, fake reviews, cookie-stuffing, or any deceptive or unlawful promotion;
(d) offer unauthorized rebates or incentives that misrepresent the offer, or otherwise generate referrals that are not genuine, arm's-length signups.
Commission from referrals obtained through prohibited conduct is forfeited, and we may suspend or terminate your participation.
This Agreement continues until terminated by either party. You may leave the Programme at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your participation, with or without cause, by notice. On termination, eligible commission accrued before termination is paid on the normal schedule, subject to the clawback and conduct provisions; commission stops accruing for new activity.
We may modify the Programme and this Agreement — including commission rates, thresholds, attribution windows and eligibility — on a prospective basis. Material changes take effect on posting here or on notice to you. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes do not retroactively reduce commission already validly accrued.
