How do I create my first website?

  6. Preview and publish your site when ready

Note: Website creation requires a Premium plan. Free plan users can create Link in Bio pages only.

How do I set up a Link in Bio page?

Link in Bio pages are perfect for social media profiles. Here's how to create one:

  1. Go to "Link in Bio" in the sidebar
  2. Click "Create New Page" or use the "+" button
  3. Add your profile photo, name, and bio description
  4. Add links to your social media, websites, products, or any URL
  5. Customize the design, colors, and layout
  6. Share your unique bio link (e.g., mewayz.com/@yourname)

Free plan includes 1 Link in Bio page. Premium plan includes unlimited pages.

What's the difference between Free and Premium plans?

Free Plan:

  • 1 Link in Bio page (forever free)
  • Link in Bio insights and analytics
  • No credit card required
  • All other features are disabled

Premium Plan:

  • Unlimited websites, pages, and storage
  • Unlimited Link in Bio pages
  • Unlimited courses, products, QR codes, and more

How do I create a Mediakit page?

Mediakit pages are professional portfolios for creators and businesses:

  1. Navigate to "Mediakit" in the sidebar (Premium feature)
  2. Create a new Mediakit page

  5. Share your professional mediakit link

Billing & Payments

How do I upgrade my plan?

To upgrade to Premium:

  5. Complete the payment through your preferred payment method

What payment methods are accepted?

Mewayz supports multiple payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Other payment gateways configured by your administrator

Accepted payment methods may vary by region. Check your Upgrade page for available options.

How do I request a withdrawal from my wallet?

To withdraw funds from your wallet:

  1. Ensure you have a positive wallet balance
  2. Go to "Wallet" in the sidebar
  3. Click "Settings" and configure your withdrawal method:
  4. PayPal: Enter your PayPal email address
  5. Crypto: Enter your crypto wallet address and select channel
  6. Bank: Enter your bank account number and bank name
  7. Go to "Withdraw" section
  8. Enter the withdrawal amount (must be greater than 0)
  9. Add an optional note and submit your request

Important: You must configure at least one payment method before requesting withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days after admin approval. You can only have one pending withdrawal at a time.

Are there any fees for withdrawals?

Withdrawal fees vary based on your administrator's settings. A platform fee percentage may be applied to withdrawals. Check your Wallet Settings or contact support for specific fee information.

Website & Site Features

How do I use the AI Site Generator?

The AI Site Generator creates complete websites automatically:

  1. Go to "Create" in the sidebar and select "AI Site Generator"
  2. Describe what kind of website you want (e.g., "restaurant website" or "portfolio for photographer")
  3. The AI will generate a complete site with pages, sections, and content
  4. Review and customize the generated content
  5. Publish when satisfied

AI Site Generator is a Premium feature with monthly usage limits. Check your plan details for limits.

How do I add custom domains to my site?

To use your own domain:

  1. Ensure you have the Custom Domain feature enabled (Premium feature)
  2. Go to your site settings
  3. Navigate to domain settings
  4. Enter your custom domain
  5. Configure DNS records as instructed
  6. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 24-48 hours)

How do I remove Mewayz branding from my sites?

To remove branding from your sites:

How do I manage my workspace?

Can I customize my wallet withdrawal settings?

To configure withdrawal methods:

  1. Go to "Wallet" in the sidebar

  5. Crypto: Enter wallet address and select channel (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, contact support at support@mewayz.com. Include your account email and reason for deletion. We'll process your request within 48 hours. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I change my language?

To change the interface language:

  1. Click the help icon (question mark) in the bottom right corner
  2. Select "Language" from the menu
  3. Choose your preferred language
  4. The interface will update immediately

Referral Program

How does the referral program work?

To earn commissions through referrals:

  1. Find your unique referral code in your account settings
  2. Share your referral code or link with others
  3. When someone signs up using your code and makes a payment, you earn a commission
  4. Commissions are automatically deposited into your wallet
  5. You can withdraw referral earnings just like other wallet funds

Referral commissions are based on your administrator's settings. Commission percentage and eligible payment types (subscriptions, courses, store purchases) may vary.

Where can I find my referral code?

Your referral code is displayed in your account settings or profile. It's unique to your account and can be shared via a link or code that others can use when signing up.

Troubleshooting

My website isn't loading correctly

If your website has loading issues:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure all required fields are filled in your site settings
  • Try accessing the site in an incognito/private browser window
  • Check if you've reached your monthly traffic limit
  • Verify your site is published (not in draft mode)

If issues persist, contact support with details about the problem and your site URL.

I can't access a feature that should be available

If a feature isn't accessible:

  1. Check your plan limits in the Upgrade page
  2. Verify the feature is enabled for your plan
  3. Ensure you have an active subscription (not expired)
  4. Check if you've reached usage limits (e.g., monthly AI generation limits)
  5. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in

Most features require a Premium plan. Free plan users can only create Link in Bio pages. If you're on Premium and still can't access a feature, contact support.

Payment failed or didn't go through

If payment fails:

  • Verify your payment method is valid and not expired
  • Check your account balance or credit limit
  • Ensure billing information matches your payment method
  • Try a different payment method if available
  • Contact your bank or payment provider to verify the transaction
  • Check for any error messages in your account

If payment issues persist, contact your bank first, then reach out to support@mewayz.com with transaction details.

I've reached my plan limits

If you've reached limits:

  • Check your current usage in the Upgrade page
  • Review your plan limits and features
  • Upgrade to Premium for unlimited access to most features
  • For monthly limits (like AI generation), wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade
  • Free plan users are limited to 1 Link in Bio page. Premium plans typically include unlimited access to most features.

My withdrawal request is pending

Withdrawal processing:

  • Withdrawals require admin approval before processing
  • Processing time is typically 1-3 business days after approval
  • You can only have one pending withdrawal at a time
  • Check your withdrawal status in the Wallet section
  • Ensure your withdrawal method is properly configured

If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal request details.
