7. Pricing and Transaction Fees

Mewayz operates on a freemium model. All features are available free of charge. When you make sales through our platform (courses, products, services), we charge a transaction commission of 8% on each sale. This commission is automatically deducted from the payment amount before funds are transferred to your account.

For verified NGOs (non-profit organizations), we offer a reduced commission rate of 5% on donations and transactions. To qualify for the NGO rate, organizations must contact us via email at support@mewayz.com with proof of their non-profit status. After verification, they will receive the 5% commission rate. Verified NGOs may also be eligible for our Google Ad Grant management services, where we help manage their $10,000/month Google Ad Grant accounts and provide additional support.

• All platform features are free forever with no usage limits
• Transaction commission applies only when you make sales (8% of sale amount for regular users)
• NGOs: Contact us at support@mewayz.com to verify your non-profit status and receive 5% commission rate. We can also manage your Google Ad Grant accounts. Learn more about our NGO program.
• Premium subscriptions ($29+/month) are optional and remove Mewayz branding and unlock custom domains
• Commission rates are clearly displayed before processing

We may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
